→手作衣服尺寸均為人手實物平放量度，手工測量誤差在2-3cm皆屬正常。若有關尺寸、 顏色、 布料等問題，歡迎在下單前向我們查詢喔。

→ 如無現貨，需預訂製作，請給予7至9個工作天進行製作，小店將以郵件/SMS方式與您聯繫有關情況，請務必留下聯絡方式。

→如貨品屬特別預購系列，請按該產品描述之發貨時間安排作為最終參考。

→如剛好遇上缺貨，小店將全數退款並以郵件/SMS方式與您聯繫有關情況，請務必留下聯絡方式。

→售出後小店不接受以色差/個人喜好/實物與個人幻想或理想中有差異等為由提供退貨退款，請各位買家下單前確認商品尺寸與細節。

→如在特別個案產生個別退貨或退換情況，請各位買家自行承擔去程及回程之運費，去程運費將於退款時全額扣除。

→ The dimensions of handmade clothing are measured with the items laid flat by hand, and a margin of error of 2-3cm is considered normal due to manual measurement. If you have any questions regarding size, color, fabric, etc., please feel free to inquire with us before placing an order.

→ If an item is not in stock and requires production upon order, please allow 7 to 9 working days for production. We will contact you via email/SMS regarding the status, so please be sure to provide your contact information.

→ For special pre-order Collection, please refer to the shipping time arrangement stated in the product description as the final reference.

→ In the event of stock shortages, we will provide a full refund and contact you via email/SMS. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate.

→ We do not accept returns or refunds based on reasons such as color differences, personal preferences, or differences between the actual product and personal fantasies or ideals after purchase. Please confirm the product size and details before placing an order.

→ In the case of individual returns or exchanges due to special circumstances, buyers are responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs. The outbound shipping cost will be fully deducted from the refund.
